The Membership Tea was held on Saturday, November 6, 2021, at the Loudoun Golf and Country Club in Purcellville, Virginia. Quite a few potential members attended the tea which was organized by the Membership Committee. A beautiful Tea themed basket was raffled and all attendees were given a chance to enter the raffle. Elaine Farrar, a member of the Loudoun Woman's Club, won the basket which included a lovely blue teapot, a variety of tea bags, some teacups, and many other items. Photos from the Tea are on the Photo Albums page.
The Out of the Attic Sale was very successful this year. We triumphed in spite of Covid. A checkout counter was placed by the exit and buyers carried a tally sheet with them as they perused the different areas of the sale. Masks were provided for shoppers that came without them. Kathy Marsh and Jeannie Douglass were the sale coordinators and they did a marvelous job coming up with new ways to do things.
